Welcome to Humcrafts! We are committed to crafting high-quality, artisanal items and delivering them safely to your doorstep worldwide.

Handcrafted with Care: Every item is made-to-order by hand. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process and craft your order before shipment.
Handcrafted Uniqueness: Due to the artisanal nature of our products, subtle variations in texture, color tone, or finish may occur. These are unique characteristics of handcrafted items, not defects.

We partner with reliable global and local carriers (including USPS, Yun Express, Royal Mail, SingPost, and others) to ensure safe delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking Updates: International tracking numbers may take a few days to show initial progress. Packages are in transit overseas before reaching the destination country. Detailed step-by-step updates will resume once your local post office scans the package upon port arrival.

Customs Clearance: Packages may occasionally undergo random inspection by local customs authorities. This standard administrative procedure can add 5 to 15 days to the delivery timeline.
Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their destination country.

Modifications & Address Changes: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Address change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
Cancellations: As our products are handcrafted to order, cancellation requests are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.

Standard Shipping ($9.90): Includes standard processing and tracking. Save $4 on shipping fees.
Express & Insured Shipping ($13.90): Includes priority handling and 100% package insurance. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will send a brand-new replacement at zero cost.
Claim Requirement: For damaged items covered under Insured Shipping, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damaged product and outer packaging.
