The Trials, Custom Tools, and The Evolution
Mastering wire-wrapping for heavy-duty metal EDC (Everyday Carry) keychains was far harder than expected. Standard craft store pliers broke under industrial 2mm stainless steel wire, while heavy construction pliers left ugly jaw-marks on the polished metal.
My workbench quickly became a graveyard of bent wire, broken tools, and failed prototypes.
