Return & Refund Policy — Humcrafts

Thank you for shopping at Humcrafts. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within 20 days of the original purchase date (including processing and transit time).

Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase/receipt is required.
Note: Due to the time required for custom handcrafting and international shipping, return requests submitted after this 20-day window from purchase cannot be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom & Personalized Products: Custom-engraved or specially made items are strictly non-returnable.
Sale Items & Gift Cards: Clearance items and gift cards are non-refundable.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: If a return request is accepted within the eligibility period, the buyer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance fees back to our warehouse.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders

We stand behind our delivery commitment if issues occur during transit:

Inspection: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective or incorrect.
Insured Shipping Claims ($13.90): If you purchased Express & Insured Shipping and your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us with photos/videos and we will send a brand-new replacement completely free of charge.

5. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers hold the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused in original packaging at the customer's shipping expense.

6. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
